Here I go over how to drag solder to replace an LVDS connector on an 820-2530 Macbook Pro logic board. The backlight circuit is fried, and I show which parts are. We also scrape away a few corroded portions of the board so we can solder directly to the copper & the via after the solder pad has become completely corroded.
